them. I guarantee that my products and services are as
described and that you will be satisfied with my services
or products.
Duplication of Copyrighted Materials:
Employing me gives you a "Limited License" to duplicate
and distribute any handouts or other materials I give you as long
as:
- You use it only in your current organization
at the one site where you work. If you wish to use my materials
across your organization at other sites you must contact me
for purchase of a more inclusive license.
- If you change organizations, you must purchase
a new single copy of my materials for use in that setting.
- You may not resell the products.
- You maintain any information I have on the
product as to copyright, date, my name, my company name, my
address, phone, email, and web site address. This will allow
others who receive it to access the other resources I provide
if they choose.
- You specifically tell your users that they
MAY make one copy for their own use but that they may
not duplicate the materials in other any way or quantity.
Please point out the source information on the product and ask
them to purchase a copy for their own use if they want to make
copies.
